Integrated Terminal Cilacap (ITC) is responsible for the receipt, storage, and distribution of Liquified Petroleum Gas (LPG) and Fuel Oil (BBM) in the eastern part of West Java, the southern part of Central Java, and the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY). ITC distributes LPG and BBM using LPG tank trucks and BBM tank trucks. To ensure the vehicles are roadworthy before distribution, a pre-trip inspection (PTI) is necessary. The results of the PTI can also be used to enhance the responsibility of tank truck crews towards the vehicles, reduce vehicle maintenance costs, and improve vehicle efficiency. In this study, a qualitative analysis method was used through direct observation to identify which components frequently experience damage in LPG tank trucks. The research was conducted from September to November with a sample of 85 LPG tank trucks. The results of this study found that the highest findings were related to vehicle lights, at 25.58%, and the lowest findings were related to the braking system, at 3.26%. It can be concluded that the lights on LPG tank trucks at ITC need maintenance or replacement to prevent potentially harmful incidents
