PENDAMPINGAN DIGITALISASI LAPORAN PENGECEKAN HARIAN KENDARAAN BERBASIS WEBSITE UNTUK PENINGKATAN KEPATUHAN KELAIKAN DAN KESELAMATAN TRANSPORTASI B3 DI PT PPLI

Abstract

Digitalizing vehicle inspection reporting is a strategic intervention to enhance roadworthiness compliance and mitigate operational risks in hazardous goods (B3) transportation. This community service program (PKM) aimed to transfer and implement a web-based daily vehicle inspection system at PT Prasadha Pamunah Limbah Industri (PPLI) through participatory training, guided adoption, and sustainability planning. Grounded in the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Safety Management System (SMS) frameworks, the program followed a structured PKM approach: needs assessment, application development (Waterfall), socialization & hands-on training, supervised field trial, and post-intervention evaluation. Results showed a significant increase in inspection procedure knowledge from 51.3% to 84.7% (p<0.001), daily reporting compliance rose by 68%, and report processing time decreased from 25 to 8 minutes (68% reduction). Data entry errors were eliminated (100% accuracy). White-box testing confirmed 100% logic coverage using PHPUnit. User acceptance scored 84.5 on the System Usability Scale (SUS), categorized as Excellent. The program secured management commitment to integrate the application into standard operating procedures (SOP), establish internal admin training, and implement quarterly monitoring via MoU. This PKM demonstrates that structured digitalization, coupled with capacity building and policy alignment, effectively strengthens roadworthiness compliance and occupational safety in B3 logistics operations.
