This study identifies accident-prone areas on Road Segment 003.2 of the National Road in Banten Province and determines appropriate mitigation strategies. The research method involves statistical analysis of accident data from the Integrated Road Safety Management System (IRSMS) and field surveys to understand the contributing factors. The identification of accident-prone locations was conducted using the Equivalent Accident Number (EAN), Upper Control Limit (UCL), and Batas Kendali Atas (BKA) methods. The findings indicate that accidents in this segment are predominantly pedestrian collisions and side-impact crashes, with most incidents occurring at night. The key contributing factors include inadequate street lighting, insufficient traffic signs, and suboptimal road conditions. Recommended mitigation strategies include installing warning signs, repainting road markings, improving street lighting, and constructing pedestrian crossing facilities. The implementation of these measures is expected to reduce accidents on Road Segment 003.2 and enhance traffic safety. This study aims to identify the issues and mitigation efforts in Road Segment 003.2 of the National Road in Banten Province to improve road transportation safety.
