ANALISIS KELAIKAN JALAN BUS ANGKUTAN PENUMPANG PERIODE NATARU (NATAL DAN TAHUN BARU) DI PERUM DAMRI CABANG JABODETABEK TAHUN 2022-2024

Abstract

This study examines the operational feasibility and maintenance conditions of the DAMRI bus fleet during the NATARU holiday periods from 2022 to 2024. Quantitative data were collected and analyzed to evaluate the percentage of buses operationally fit and the frequency of discrepancies identified in various vehicle components. Results indicate a significant improvement in the fleet’s operational fitness, rising from 80.4% in 2022 to 82.9% in 2024. Variations were observed across branches, with Jakarta and Cilacap performing best with near 100% fitness rates, while Bengkulu consistently exhibited higher unfitness rates. Component analysis identified braking and lighting systems as leading contributors to discrepancies. The study highlights the importance of continuous maintenance on critical components and focused attention on branches with high discrepancy rates to enhance operational safety and reliability.
