Analisis Penerapan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3) di PT. Aweco Indosteel Perkasa

Abstract

This study analyzes the implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) based on the SMK3 standard at PT. Aweco Indosteel Perkasa. The research investigates the compliance level with the SMK3 criteria, focusing on the company's ability to adapt to the standards set forth by Indonesian government regulations. Methods involved validating data against a checklist of 166 criteria, revealing the extent of OHSMS adherence. The results indicate a high compliance rate, demonstrating PT. Aweco's commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment. The study concludes that PT. Aweco Indosteel Perkasa successfully meets the required standards, positioning itself as a model for effective OHSMS implementation.
