Sosialisasi Pengemudi Berkeselamatan: Meningkatkan Kesadaran Pengemudi Angkutan Umum di Kabupaten Semarang

Abstract

The safety driving socialization program in Semarang Regency successfully improved participants' knowledge, skills, and awareness regarding road safety. With an average score increase of 40% from pre-test to post-test, the program demonstrated the effectiveness of the training materials delivered. Participants also showed improvements in driving attitudes, ethics, and stress management, which are crucial for creating a safe driving environment. However, challenges remain in the long-term application of the knowledge gained. Recommendations for the development of a sustainable program and cross-sector collaboration are expected to foster a culture of safe and responsible driving in the region.
